The delivery time slightly increased due to the currently high demand and increased amount of orders. Therefore, our current fulfillment time could be increased by up to 4 days for certain orders. Our average delivery time is currently 7-12 business days.
We are trying our best to reduce the delays as best as possible. Please note that your products can be sent in two different parcels, based on the availability.

We will check your return and send you a new product free of charge in case of a warranty claim.
